According to the Georgia State Patrol, five teenagers were injured in a single-car accident when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle drove off Monier Avenue in Lithia Springs, Georgia, and struck two utility poles. The driver of the vehicle is expected to be charged with failing to maintain lane. The driver was transported to North Fulton Hospital for medical treatment. The four passengers in the vehicle ranging from 14 to 18 years old were transported to Wellstar Cobb Hospital for injuries sustained in the accident.
