An accident involving the vehicle of a Georgia driver and a snowplow resulted in an Ohio fatality Wednesday morning, January 14, according to the WFIN news website. The site reports that icy road conditions led to the Allen Township area crash in which Marietta, Georgia, resident William Czarniak, 76, rear-ended an ODOT snowplow on I-75 South. After colliding with the snow plow, Czarniak's car spun and hit another vehicle, and Czarniak was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Our law firm handles fatal accident cases that occurred in part due to icy weather conditions.
