According to local news reports, Derek Lowe, pitcher for the Atlanta Braves professional baseball team was charged with reckless driving, DUI, and improper lane change. The Braves pitcher was traveling on Peachtree Road on Thursday night April 28th when he was stopped by Georgia State Patrol. Lowe who refused the alcohol state administered test was then taken into custody and his car was impounded.
