Augusta Deputy Injured in Car Accident While On Duty
While responding to a Wednesday morning burglary, twenty-six-year-old Aiken County deputy Brandon Geisler lost control of his patrol car due to wet road conditions on Belvedere-Clearwater Road. According to The Augusta Chronicle online, Geisler’s vehicle overturned when it hit a curb. The deputy suffered minor injuries in the crash and was taken to Aiken Regional Medical Centers for treatment and release.
