According to the Chief Deputy Coroner, Mr. Clark was operating his Toyota Camry when he asked his passenger, Karen Lamberson to take over the steering wheel because he was weaving. Ms. Lamberson was traveling northbound on Mike Padgett Highway when she attempted to make a left hand turn onto Clark Road. Two other vehicles hit the passenger side of Mr. Clark’s vehicle and Mr. Clark was extricated from the vehicle.

The investigation of this fatal auto accident suspects alcohol was implicated. As a result, Ms. Lamberson has charges pending against her concerning this auto accident.
