Brother & Sister Involved in Pedestrian Accident | Douglasville Pedestrian Lawyer

According to the Sandy Springs Police Department, a 4 year old boy and his 18 year old sister were hit by a vehicle on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia yesterday. The sister and her brother were crossing Roswell Road near Windsor Parkway and were standing in the reversible turning lane when they were both struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle entered the reversible turning lane the same time as both the sister and brother did.

The 4 year old boy was transported to Children’s Hospital in Sandy Springs, Georgia with serious head injuries sustained in the accident. The 18 year old sister received medical treatment at the scene of the accident and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital. The sister appeared to be pregnant according to the paramedics on scene.

The pedestrian accident is still being investigated by the Sandy Springs Police Department and no charges have been filed against the driver of the vehicle.
