We recently added an article to our library about Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. According to a recent book published by the American Psychological Association, car accidents are the leading cause of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). According to a support website for PTSD, the findings reveal that between 10 and 45 percent of those involved in automobile accidents "which cause serious bodily injury and psychological distress" suffer from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. To read more about the disorder and these recent findings, click here to access our library article.
