Dahlonega Resident Involved in Fatal Auto Accident | Georgia Accident Lawyer

Early this morning, a single-vehicle fatal accident occurred in North Hall County, Georgia. According to the Georgia State Patrol, Kaela Allison, twenty two years of age, was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 129 when it veered off the roadway, over a residential driveway and yard, struck a tree and then hit a parked car. Ms. Allison attempted to flee the scene of the accident on foot and the Hall County Sheriff’s tracking dogs tracked her to a church on Nopone Road. Ms. Allison was not traveling alone, a twenty seven year old male passenger, died from the impact of the vehicle crashing into a tree and parked car.

The Georgia State Patrol charged Ms. Allison with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of an accident and first degree vehicular homicide. She was transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for injuries sustained in the accident. After the proper medical treatment, she was then taken to Hall County Jail.

The victim of this fatal car accident name has not been released at this time.
