Details of Fiery I-20 Accident in Douglasville
More details have been released regarding the fiery crash on Interstate 20 in Douglasville that resulted in fatality Thursday night (August 14). According to www.wsbradio.com, one person died and at least two others were sent to the hospital as a result of the collision between a tractor trailer truck and a car. The website reports that the crash occurred around 8:30pm on I-20 West near the Fairburn Road exit. The Georgia State Patrol is said to believe that the truck plowed through a guard rail before slamming into the smaller vehicle and bursting into flames.
