Driver killed in car accident on Interstate 285 near Douglas County.

February 28, 2008 - In the early morning, on February 20, 2008, a tractor trailer traveling on Interstate 285 failed to stop as traffic was beginning to slow down. This happened on I-285 were traffic often backs up as drivers are waiting to exit onto Interstate 20 near Douglasville, Ga. Unfortunately, the driver of the vehicle in front of the tractor trailer was killed.

It is frightening to see more and more serious car accidents and truck accidents in the West Metro Atlanta area.
