According to police, a minor child was killed when she was struck by an SUV whose driver passed a stopped car and a MARTA bus. The driver of the SUV plead guilty in Dekalb County State Court on December 1, 2010, to a misdemeanor count of vehicular homicide. His sentencing will also include probation for one year and his drivers license will be suspended for a year as well.
