Late Thursday night, a woman driving under the influence in Clayton County was charged with 2 counts of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, driving in the emergency lane, reckless driving, failure to exercise due car while on a cell phone, and a number of other charges.

The three teens that got hit were on foot in the emergency lane of Ga. 138, close to I-675. One teen died at the scene, while the other two were flown to Grady Memorial Hospital. Both were critically injured. Sadly, one died later that night. Ga.138 was completely closed for several hours while police inspected the scene.
