Dump-truck Runs Red Light Ends in Fatality

According to the local police, a man driving a dump-truck decided to run a light as it was switching from yellow to red. That decision ended fatally. The dump-truck rammed into a woman driving a Nissan Sentra, and sent both dump-truck and Sentra slamming into another car. Both cars crashed into the guardrail. The dump-truck plowed through the guardrail and went into the woods.

The dump-truck driver was not injured, but both motorists were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The woman driving the Sentra died later that day at the hospital.

Police are investigating the incident with possible charges against the dump-truck driver.
