Ellijay Police Officer Injured in a Car Accident | Dallas Accident Lawyer

According to the Georgia State Patrol, an Ellijay police officer and two family members of the officer were involved in a car accident on Saturday, September 11, 2010. The officer’s vehicle hydroplaned, crossed the center line and struck another vehicle. The two people that were in the other vehicle were transported to a local hospital.

The officer remains in critical condition at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. The officers mother and minor son passed away from injuries sustained in the accident. His girlfriend was also seriously injured as a result of the accident.

The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating this fatal auto accident.
