Fatal Accident Involving a Rossville, Georgia Resident | Georgia Accident Attorney

Mid-afternoon on June 23, 2009, a fatality and three injured teenagers were involved in an car accident in Nashville, Tennessee. According to Nashville Investigators, there were four teenagers  involved in the accident colliding with a tractor off the roadway. The teenagers were traveling in a Dodge Stratus and according to the driver, a Nissan Maxima cut them off causing them to veer off the roadway and crash into a tractor. The driver of the Dodge Stratus, Jonathan Flippo, 18 years of age, is a resident of Rossville, Georgia and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  One of the three passengers in the Dodge Stratus, a minor child was killed by the impact of the wreck. The other two passengers Nicholas Scarbrough, 18 years of age, and another minor were also taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of their injuries from the auto accident. The driver of the tractor received no injuries at this time. The local police are still investigating.
