Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash in Atlanta, GA | Atlanta Accident Attorney

On Easter Sunday, a multi-vehicle accident sadly claimed the life of five people. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the fatal car accident took the lives of Robert Carter, 39 years of age, Delisia Carter, 38 years of age, and their two minor children. In another vehicle, there was a minor child also killed in the car accident.

 The fatal car accident happened in Fulton County, Georgia, on Camp Creek Parkway. There were three vehicles involved in the car crash. Mr. and Ms. Carter and their minor children were in a Mercedes.  The unknown driver who fled the scene of the accident was driving a BMW.  Tracy Johnson, 43 years of age, and her minor child were driving a Volkswagen vehicle.  

 Mr. and Ms. Carter and the unknown driver of the BMW both crossed the middle of the road while colliding with each other. As the BMW was fleeing the scene, the Mercedes vehicle of Mr. and Ms. Carter, crashed into Ms. Johnson and her minor child in their Volkswagen vehicle head on.

 Mr. and Ms. Carter and their minor children lost their lives after their vehicle struck multiple other vehicles and exploded into flames. Ms. Johnson was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and was reported to be in stable condition. Ms. Johnson’s minor child’s life was claimed at the scene of the accident.
