Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Marietta, Georgia | Paulding County Accident Lawyer

According to the Marietta Police Department, an arrest was made on Saturday, September 11, in the death of a pedestrian who was hit by two vehicles on Cobb Parkway in Marietta, Georgia on Friday. An elderly man was traveling northbound on Cobb Parkway when he struck a man in the roadway. He was charged with vehicular homicide, hit and run and failure to report the accident. After the hit and run accident, another vehicle ran over the pedestrian. The pedestrian passed away at the scene of the accident as a result of the injuries.

The Marietta Police Department is still investigating this fatal hit and run accident.
