Five People Involved in an Auto Accident in Forsyth County, Georgia | Douglasville Injury Lawyer

On January 31, 2010, five people were involved in an auto accident in Forsyth County, Georgia. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Deborah Elaine Mace, 44 years of age, resident of the Trail Road, Gainesville, was traveling westbound on Dawsonville Highway when her vehicle crossed over the center line and struck a vehicle traveling eastbound. The driver of the other vehicle, Ricky Joe Frady, 48 years of age, resident of Suwanee, Georgia, and one of the rear passengers, Brenda Williams, 57 years of age, resident of Habitat Trail in Gainesville, Georgia, both passed away from the injuries sustained in the crash. Another rear passenger in Mr. Frady’s vehicle, Kishia Ray, 18 years of age, also a resident of Habitat Trail in Gainesville, Georgia, was airlifted to Gwinnett Medical Center. The front passenger of Mr. Frady’s vehicle, Hattie Lorene Skywark, 48 years of age, resident of Suwanee, Georgia, received serious injuries and was transported to North Fulton Hospital.

Ms. Mace was the only occupant in her vehicle and she was transported to Atlanta Medical Center with serious injuries as a result of the fatal auto accident.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, alcohol and speeding may have contributed to the accident and charges are pending as the investigation is still ongoing.
