Freight Train Accident in Smyrna, Georgia

According to the Smyrna Police Department, a woman is in critical condition after being struck by a freight train in Smyrna, Georgia, this morning. The accident happened near the intersection of Dixie Avenue and Windy Hill Road. The woman was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital for severe injuries as a result of the train accident.

The Smyrna Police Department is investigating this accident.
