Georgia College Student Killed In Fatal Rollover Accident | Atlanta Accident Attorney

Early morning on August 30, 2009, a Georgia college student passed away from injuries sustained in a fatal car accident. Monyjok Yak, twenty four years of age, was entering Interstate 285 from traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 78. Mr. Yak was driving his vehicle when the vehicle flipped over. According to the Dekalb County Police Department, Mr. Yak was traveling too fast to negotiate a curve when his car flipped over. Mr. Yak received severe injuries and lost his life as a result of this fatal car accident.
