According to Fox 5 News, a Georgia Department of Transportation employee was sitting in his truck on Interstate 20 near Langhorn Street when a van being driven by an elderly man struck him. The GDOT employee was rushed to an area hospital. It is unknown if there are charges pending against the driver of the van.
