An 11-year-old girl from Georgia was in critical condition as of Sunday, January 11, after sustaining injuries in a Virginia car-pedestrian accident last Wednesday, according to Uriah A. Kiser of the Inside Nova website. Kiser reports that the accident occurred on Forestdale Avenue in Dale City shortly after 3:00 p.m. when the girl was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. Following the collision, she was life-flighted to the hospital with severe injuries and listed in critical condition, according to Prince William Police Sgt. R.W. Noble. Details of the accident are still to come as it is still under investigation.
Our law firm handles pedestrian accident cases such as this, and we express our deepest condolences to the family of the Georgia girl. We hope for a speedy and complete recovery for her.

I was involved in a bike accident, should I contact a lawyer?
I was riding my bike and I was hit by a car in Georgia. I suffered a broken leg. What kind of claim does an injured biker have for this type of Georgia bicycle accident?
