Georgia Woman Suffers Head Injury From Car Accident
An Augusta, Georgia, woman suffered a head injury Friday morning after she got out of her car and inadvertantly ran into the path of another vehicle. According to witnesses, Cheryl Wusch of Martinez, Georgia, was driving north on Wheeler Road near Augusta when she apparently became upset and pulled her car in front of a Pontiac Grand Prix. She then got out of her car, reported sheriff's Deputy Greg Kernaghan. The Grand Prix's driver of Waynesboro, Georgia, tried to reverse and drive around Ms. Wusch but, according to witnesses, she ran in front of his car and was hit. Fortunately, her injuries were not life-threatening.
