Getting A Copy of Your Car Accident Report

The Douglas County Police Department has guidelines to follow regarding the release of an accident report, which are in compliance with the laws that regulate public disclosure with privacy rights. 

If you were involved in a auto accident:

1. You may make a request by contacting the Douglas County Police Department Records Division, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Records Division is located in the joint Municipal Court/Records Building at 6704 Church Street, Douglasville, GA 30134.
2. The Records Division fee for requesting accident reports is $2.00.
