Getting A Copy of Your Car Accident Report

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has guidelines to follow regarding the release of an accident report, which are in compliance with the laws that regulate public disclosure with privacy rights. 

If you were involved in a auto accident:

1. You may make a request by contacting the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Records Division, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The Records Division is located at 6840 West Church Street, Douglasville, GA 30134.
2. The Records Division fee for requesting accident reports is $2.00.
