Head-on Collision in Forsyth County, Georgia | Metro Atlanta Injury Attorney

Yesterday, December 2, 2009, a resident of Forsyth County was involved in a fatal car accident. According to the Forsyth Sheriff’s Office, Rhonda McGinnis, forty eight years of age, was traveling northbound on GA State Route 9 when her vehicle veered across the center line just northbound of GA State Route 306 and hit another vehicle head-on. Ms. McGinnis was transported to North Fulton Hospital where she later passed away from injuries sustained in the crash.

The officers at the scene of the accident states Ms. McGinnis was eating while driving which may be a contributing factor to the fatal auto accident. Also, she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

The passengers in the other vehicle involved were not seriously injured and were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
