A head-on collision injured three people in Alabama early Thursday morning, according to Adam Prestridge of the Atmore Advance website. The crash occured near the Brushy Creek Bridge close to Holman Prison on Hwy. 21 north around 5:49 a.m. after one car appeared to cross into the lane of the other vehicle, according to a report from bystanders given to Alabama State Troopers. The drivers of the two vehicles (a 2003 Chevrolet Impala and a 2008 Dodge Avenger) involved in the car accident both sustained injuries in the crash and had to be life-flighted by helicopter to a local hospital. According to the site, it took over an hour to free 35-year-old Edgar Allen Stringer of Castleberry, the driver of the Avenger. The Impala driver was Deeljoh Enreeko Williams, 24, of Peterman, and his passenger, 25-year-old Antwoine Sangers, required transportation to another hospital.
