What started out as a home invasion in Powder Springs ended in fiery crash in Douglasville. According to Powder Springs Police Department four males attempted a burglary in Cobb County. The men broke into a woman’s home, bound her, and started rummaging through items in her house. The police took chase after a male relative notified them upon entering the house and noticing the circumstances. The suspects fled in a Lincoln Sedan on I20 and crashed in Douglasville on Chapel Hill Road Exit. The vehicle was engulfed in flames and the suspects gave chase.
