Testimonials

  • I don’t have any medical bills, I’m receiving revenue for my pain and suffering, and I’m very appreciative. I am truly satisfied with the results of my case.
  • "The best part about having James Murphy as my workers' compensationlawyer is that I have someone to speak for me..."
  • The initial phone call made me feel as though they really cared. They made us feel like a number, and Murphy & Associates didn't. My wife and I have never gone through something like this before and accidents can be devastating to a family because of loss of income, pain and suffering.
  • Murphy & Associates made my experience fast and easy, and got the job done.
  • Murphy & Associates Car Accident Law firm is professional, efficient, and a pleasant experience doing business with.
  • I was involved in a rear-end collision while stopped at a red light. Mr. Murphy and his staff guided me through this long process from obtaining medical treatment to settling with the other party's insurance company.

Hulk Hogan's Son Gives Friend a Broken Skull . . . And He Wasn't Wrestling

June 12, 2008 - Perhaps you’ve heard about the legal trouble Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick Bollea, has run into recently. You may, however, not know the details of the incident that led to his eight-month jail sentence. After racing another car while driving father Hulk Hogan’s Toyota Supra, Nick lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. The wrestler’s son pled nolo contendere for the August 2007 accident, but the Hogan family is being sued for damages by Nick’s friend and passenger, John Graziano, who was seriously injured in the crash. In the alcohol-related accident, Graziano suffered severe brain injuries, including a broken skull.

In addition to his jail sentence, young Hogan has been placed on probation for five years, will be without a driver’s license for three years, and must take a class on the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol. Most likely contributing to his sentence, Nick was already known for his reckless driving prior to the incident.

In their personal injury lawsuit against the Hogan family, the family of John Graziano is seeking compensation for his serious life-altering injuries, suffering, and the enormous financial cost of hospitalization and other medial treatment. It is believed that the injured party will require medical care for the rest of his life.
