According to the Marietta Police Department, a driver was killed in a single-vehicle accident on I-75 in Marietta, Georgia. The accident occurred when a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree while traveling north on the ramp from the Canton Highway Connector to I-75.

The vehicle overturned, and the driver was ejected onto Interstate 75 and struck by another vehicle. This fatal accident is being investigated.
