A 36-year old Atlanta resident was charged with vehicular homicide and improper stopping after he got a flat tire on I-285. Police say, when he stopped because of the flat tire another vehicle behind him stopped to avoid a collision. There was a motorcycle behind that car and when the car behind him stopped the motorcycle struck the rear of that vehicle ejecting the driver and the passenger from the motorcycle, killing the passenger on the motorcycle instantly.
