According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the MARTA rail line was shut down north of downtown Atlanta several hours this morning after a man was struck by a MARTA train and killed at the Lindbergh station. The MARTA officials stated there were no passengers on the train at the time of the accident. The train accident is under investigation.
