Man Shot Then Car Catches Fire After Wrecking | Douglasville Personal Injury Lawyer

Title: Man Shot Then Car Catches Fire After Wrecking
The unidentified male said to be in his twenties was traveling through Arbor Station Subdivision when he was apparently shot. His vehicle accelerated and caught fire before coming to a rest near the neighborhood clubhouse. Someone then pulled the individual from the burning car and he was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital Tuesday night where he is listed in stable condition.
Douglasville Police Chief Chris Womack informed the media that witnesses had described a loud noise then recalled hearing heavy acceleration before the fire ignited. The witnesses also told police they saw people running from the area.
Release of the victims name is pending notification of family. The incident remains under investigation.
