MARTA Bus Accident Injuries 13 People in DeKalb County | MARTA Attorney

Event: MARTA bus accident

According to the DeKalb County Police Department, a MARTA bus was involved in a head-on accident with another vehicle that injured thirteen people including a three year old child. The bus was following route 119 and was attempting to turn into the Indian Creek MARTA station when other vehicle struck the front left side of the bus.

The minor child was transported to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Elgeston, and the other injured people were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.

The DeKalb County Police Department charged the driver of the other vehicle with failure to maintain a lane.
