Metro Atlanta Teenager in Critical Condition After Hit by Car in Sandy Springs | Atlanta Car Accident Lawyer

Following an April 15 hit-and-run car accident that critically injured an 18-year-old metro Atlanta resident, a 45-year-old man from Norcross, Nestor M. Tirado-Villar, was charged after surrendering to Sandy Springs police this Tuesday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  The Sandy Springs teen who was injured, Tyler Toscendo Lusk, was still in critical condition at Grady Hospital at the time of the report.  According to the AJC, Lusk was struck by Tirado-Villar's vehicle as he was crossing Dunwoody Place near Hope Rd. in Sandy Springs.  Tirado-Villar is currently in the Fulton County Jail and is charged with failure to stop at the scene of the vehicle-pedestrian accident.
