
Montgomery, Alabama, Police Officer Joshua Broadway died just 10 days after sustaining serious injuries in an on-duty car accident, according to the Officer.com website. According to the site, Officer Broadway was traveling on Troy Highway near Virginia Loop Road in his patrol car when another vehicle, which was headed in the opposite direction, quickly turned in front of him. Upon impact, the officer's car struck a utility pole, and Broadway was taken to the hospital and put on life support. He worked for the Montgomery Police Department for two years.
