One Sent to Hospital, One Sent to Jail After Bloomingdale Car Accident

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a car accident that occurred in Bloomingdale, Georgia, and sent at least one person to the hospital Tuesday night, according to Lindsay Mohs of the WTOC-11 website based in Savannah.  According to authorities, the car accident occurred shortly before 11:00 p.m. on the eastbound ramp of Interstate 16 to Littleneck Road and sent one person to jail.  The vehicle allegedly veered off the ramp and crashed in a ditch, but the crash is still under investigation.
