Overturned Vehicle Running from Police | Douglasville Ga Accident Attorney

Georgia State Patrol is investigating and working a recent accident in which charges are pending against both the driver and passenger. Earlier today, September 2, 2009 officers from Lamar County Sheriff’s Office turned on their lights and sirens to pull over a vehicle with no license plate that was making an improper lane change on I-75. I According to police, instead of pulling over the car gave chase exiting onto Highway 36 and turning onto Morgan Dairy Road before overturning while trying to turn onto Barnsville Road. After the driver lost control of the vehicle the late model Chevy 4-door flipped onto its roof and hit a stop sign.
