Road Rage Leads To Crash | Atlanta, Georgia | Lithia Springs Accident Lawyer

On Monday morning November 22, 2010, an apparent road rage incident lead to gun fire and a crash. According to Atlanta Police the two individuals, one in a Lexus the other driving a Dodge Ram truck apparently had been cutting each other off as they traveled southbound on I-285 Monday morning. As the incident escalalated the driver of the Lexus apparently fired shots at the Dodge Ram truck and then rammed his car into the truck causing the Dodge truck to hit the guardrail and crash. Apparently it was not until after this action by the driver of the Lexus that the driver of the Dodge Ram return gun fire.

Both drivers are charged with reckless conduct and aggravated assault. The driver of the Dodge Ram did suffer minor injuries as a result of the crash. Fortunately there were no injuries due to the gunfire from either party.
