A south Fulton County crash Friday morning, October 24, turned deadly when an Atlanta police officer, eighteen-year veteran of the Atlanta Police Department, was struck in his vehicle head-on by twenty-one-year-old resident of Douglasville. According to My Fox Atlanta website, the 21 year-old's vehicle crossed the center line of Campbellton Road in Fulton County, resulting in the head-on collision. Authorities reported that someone called 911 saying that the driver's car was weaving.
