According to the Sandy Springs Police Department, a driver of a vehicle hit a motorcycle on I-285 and tried to leave the scene of the accident and was stopped only because the motorcycle was underneath the driver’s vehicle. The vehicle drug the motorcycle up to 100 yards.

The driver of the motorcycle was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for serious injuries as a result of the accident.

The Sandy Springs Police Department is still investigating this motorcycle accident.
