Single Car Accident Kills One Passenger And Critically Wounds Another | Atlanta Personal Injury Attorney

According to the Gwinnett County Police, on Saturday June 26, 2010 at approximately 6:25 pm a single car accident occurred on Hamilton Mill Parkway. The teen driver of the vehicle received minor injuries in the accident however one of his passenger received serious injuries and yet another was killed after being ejected from the vehicle upon impact. The injured passengers were transported to Gwinnett Medical Center. According to police spokesman investigators are still working to determine the exact cause of the collision. Vehicular homicide, serious injury by motor vehicle and reckless driving charges will likely be pending against the teen driver.
