Single-Vehicle Accident Involving Resident of Ringgold, Georgia | Georgia Accident Attorney

Event: Fatal Car Wreck | Georgia Fatal Car Accident Lawyer
Early Sunday morning on November 15, 2009, a fatal car accident occurred in Catoosa County, Georgia involving a resident of Ringgold, Georgia. According to the Georgia State Patrol Post 5, Joshua Dobbins, was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 41 near the intersection of New Summit Hill Drive. Mr. Dobbins tried to turn the vehicle before crashing into an embankment and a power pole, causing the vehicle to overturn and catch on fire. According to the medical personnel on scene, Joshua Dobbins died at the scene of the accident. No other vehicles were involved.
The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating said accident and speed may have been a factor in the accident.
