
A student in Richmond County, Georgia, has been charged with running a stop sign after a Wednesday morning accident involving school bus, according to Ashley Campbell of the NBC Augusta website. According to investigators, the student's car crashed into the bus on Merry Street at Howard Drive, and a passenger from the car was taken to the hospital with injuries. Only one child was on the school bus at the time of the accident, and the child was taken to MCGHealth for treatment. The bus driver sustained injuries, as well, and was transported to Trinity Hospital.
