Teenager Hurt After Rolling Pickup Truck in Bryan County

An teenage driver who suffered head injuries was taken to Memorial Medical Health University Center when his pickup rolled over Wednesday, October 7, on Hwy. 119 in Bryan County, according to Gina Sutherland.  The Georgia State Patrol did not release the driver's name, and the State Trooper working the accident said that he did not know the teen's condition.  According to Mike Matthews, one of the passengers in the vehicle that overturned, said that the teen is from Bryan County.  Matthews was treated and released by Bryan County EMS and said that the teens were traveling north past Bryan County High School when they saw another car stop suddenly to make a turn. The driver jerked the wheel to miss the car, and the pickup rolled.
