According to the Hall County School System, a special education school bus was involved in an accident that injured three adults near Johnson High School. The bus driver was pulling out of the back drive of Johnson High School when a cargo van struck the driver's side of the school bus. The driver of the cargo van, the driver of the school bus and a school system para-pro who was on the bus at the time of the accident, were all transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with injuries sustained in the accident. No children were on the bus at the time of the bus accident.
