Three Sandy Creek High School Students Involved in Accident | Douglasville Fatal Accident Attorney

Yesterday, December 14, 2009, three Sandy Creek High School students were involved in a fatal car accident in Fayetteville, Georgia. According to WSB-TV, three sixteen year old students who attended Sandy Creek High School were traveling on Old Ford Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a stone mailbox. According to the police, Angel Anthony was riding in the back seat of the vehicle at the time of the accident and was not wearing a seatbelt. Ms. Anthony hit the rear window from the impact of the accident. She was transported to Southern Regional Hospital and passed away at the hospital from injuries she sustained.
The driver and the other passenger were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident and did not receive severe injuries.
The car accident is still under investigation with charges pending.
