According to the Georgia State Patrol, three students were injured when a stopped school bus was rear-ended in Barrow County, Georgia. The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended the school bus was transported to Athens Regional Medical Center with serious injures as a result of the accident. The driver will be charged with following too closely.

There was a total of fourteen students on the school bus at the time of the accident. The school bus stop lights were activated and students were unloading. The three students injured in the accident were transported to Barrow Regional Medical Center for injures sustained in the accident. The bus driver received medical treatment at the scene of the accident.
