Sandy Springs police reported that a man from Riverdale died after the tractor trailer truck crashed into his disabled car on the interstate. The vehicle of the victim, 20-year-old Charles Edward Stephens, had reportedly broken down shortly before 5:00 a.m. in the right eastbound lane of Atlanta's I-285 at the DeKalb County line.
