Tragic Tractor Trailer Accident | Fatal Accident Lawyer Douglasville, Ga

On September 1, 2009 a young man, Jonathan Drake of Americus, Ga was killed when struck by a tractor trailer. According to Sumter County Chief Deputy, it appears Mr. Drake left the road on the right shoulder to make a U-turn and instead turned in front of the tractor trailer. Mr. Drake also had two passengers traveling in his compact size car. Mr. Jimmy Toms of Americus Ga received minor injuries and was treated at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center and Mr. Scott Potter of Cordele Ga sustained serious injuries and was lifeflighted by helicopter to Macon.
